I think shes saying that we all need to create fragrance. And use our genitalia to help the lotus growing out of our heads blossom. It's quite simple.
What mq says is only partially correct. Most of the time she was complaining about the horrible fate what left her with that hideous birthmark on her forehead. I distinctly heard "for the love of all that is sacred and delicious in this world and the one to come, somebody find me a plastic surgeon what can do something about this atrocity on my noggin."
